This guide explains how to set up and update your business profile in Xolapp. Your profile is used on your public booking page and across the app. It is for owners and admins.
Your business profile is the foundation of your Xolapp account. It contains all the information that appears on your public booking page.
You can also set Enable booking (allow clients to book online) and Publish (make your public page live). These control whether your booking page is visible and accepting bookings.
Tip: A complete profile helps build trust with potential clients and improves your search visibility.
Go to Business Profile from the main menu (under Business). Fill in or update your information and click Save.
The subdomain is the first part of your default booking URL (e.g. yourbusiness in yourbusiness.xolapp.com). It is set in your business profile and should be unique and easy to remember.
They are optional but recommended. A logo and hero image make your public booking page look professional and help build trust with clients.
Yes. You can update your business name, tagline, contact details, and other profile fields at any time in Business Profile (from the main menu). Changes appear on your public page after you save.
