Navigate to the Appointments page, click "Create New", fill in the client details, select a service, choose date and time, and save. The appointment will appear in your calendar.
Go to the Invoices page, click "Create Invoice", select the client, add services or items, set the due date, and click "Send Invoice". The client will receive an email with the invoice.
Yes! Enable online booking in your Business Profile settings. Clients can then book appointments through your public booking page.
Go to the Team page, click "Add Team Member", enter their details, assign roles and permissions, and send them an invitation email.
Business owners can invite team members by email. Invited members receive an email with a link to accept. If they don't have an account, they can create one during the acceptance process. Invitations expire after 7 days. Team members can have Admin, Member, or Viewer roles with different permission levels.
Team members can access the same business dashboard as the owner, including clients, appointments, invoices, and services. Admins have full access, Members can manage data, and Viewers have read-only access. All team members see the same business data regardless of their role.
Go to Business Profile, then open "Create your Website". You can customize colors, add your logo, write descriptions, and configure booking options.
Xolapp integrates with Stripe and PayPal for online payments. You can also record cash and bank transfer payments manually.
Go to Settings > Notifications, enable email or SMS reminders, and configure when reminders should be sent (e.g., 24 hours before appointment).
In Settings > Booking & Confirmation, you can toggle "Auto-confirm bookings". When ON: Appointments are automatically confirmed and customers receive confirmation email immediately. When OFF: Appointments are marked as pending and customers receive a "we'll confirm ASAP" email. You must manually confirm them in the dashboard, and a confirmation email will be sent when you do. Settings are automatically saved as you make changes.
Yes. From the dashboard you can export clients, appointments, earnings and invoices. Use the Export buttons on each page (Clients, Appointments, Revenue & Invoices) to download CSV, Excel or PDF files. You can also use the Import buttons on Clients and Appointments to bring in data from CSV or Excel with a guided wizard that handles column mapping, per-row validation, and (for appointments) matching service names to existing or new services with price and duration.
